Biography

Trevor Payton is an attorney with a diverse practice spanning corporate business matters, commercial real estate transactions, and civil litigation. He advises businesses and individuals on entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Trevor also has experience representing clients in disputes involving motions, depositions, mediations, discovery, and settlement negotiations.

Trevor earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where he served as a Senior Staff Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law and worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the University of Kentucky Legal Clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.
