Nathan Fort
Biography
Nathan Fort is the founder and managing member of Fort Law PLLC. He is a Kentucky business attorney who advises entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies on business law matters, with an emphasis on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and venture capital. Nathan regularly represents clients ranging from first time entrepreneurs to companies with more than $10,000,000 in annual revenue, helping them structure transactions, manage risk, and support growth.
In addition to his legal practice, Nathan is the co founder and owner of Awesome Inc and Awesome Ventures, a Lexington, Kentucky based business incubator and accelerator. He is also a founding member and active angel investor through the Cherub Fund, a Lexington based angel fund. Nathan serves as Chairman of the Board of the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, a nonprofit organization that highlights the impact of Kentucky entrepreneurs and encourages others to pursue ambitious ventures.
