Biography

Nathan Fort is the founder and managing member of Fort Law PLLC, where he engages in a diverse legal practice with a special emphasis on business law, particularly entrepreneurial services, mergers and acquisitions, financing and venture capital. Nathan works with clients ranging from first-time entrepreneurs to established companies with $8,000,000+ in annual revenues. In addition to his law practice, Nathan is the co-founder and owner of Awesome Ventures and Awesome Inc., a business incubator, and accelerator located in Lexington, Kentucky. He is a founding member and active angel investor through the Cherub Fund, a Lexington, Kentucky based angel fund. In addition, Nathan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, a non-profit organization that raises awareness of the impact that entrepreneurs have made in the Commonwealth and encourages others to pursue similar ambitious endeavors. Nathan is also a member of the board of Ventures Connectors, a non-profit organization designed to connect investors with entrepreneurs.
